Look!

It's just like my favorite Printzregentstorte!

I'm trying to work up the courage to bake a Buche De Noel. Maybe I'll bring it to a Christmas party so I don't wind up eating it all by myself.

  1. This looks fantastic! How many layers? :)
This is the first time visiting your site. It is very nice and well organized. I happened upon your site by accident and I am glad that I did. I look forward to reading your work in the future.

  4. I decided to read the who;e article that you had put a link to and I have to say that I was shocked that a so called professional jurno would have such a low standard of reporting.

If you would like to know more about the history of this very beautiful cake then look on further than here:-
    http://www.food-from-bavaria.de/en/reg_spez/einzelprodukt.php?an=69&display_lang=en

where you will find not only the history of the cake but the authentic recipe.

Some jurno's are just plain irresponsible.A thing I truly hate
    much love
